DELIVERY

Where do you deliver?

We deliver nationwide in the Philippines. You will receive an email with your tracking information and you can track it via Ninja Van  or LBC

 

How much is shipping?

Free Shipping for orders P3,000 and above.

Shipping fee is ₱100 for Metro Manila and P200 for outside Metro Manila.

 

When is my order processed?

All orders are processed after payment has been confirmed.

 

When can I get my order?

Your shipment’s estimated time of arrival is 5-7 working days within Metro Manila and 1-2 weeks outside Metro Manila.  

 

Can I change my delivery address?

When placing an order, there is an option to edit the delivery address. Once the order has been placed, delivery address cannot be changed anymore.

* Kindly keep in mind that the use of abbreviations is highly discouraged. If delivery was not completed due to erroneous details, the customer will be charged for re-delivery to correct address.

 

I cannot receive the package myself. Can I ask someone else to receive it for me?

Packages will only be handed to the person whose name is indicated in the delivery receipt and must present a proof of identification. However, in cases where the recipient cannot be physically present, he/she must provide the person who shall receive

     1.)  an authorization letter and

     2.) a copy of his/her ID (preferably government issued) for validation purposes.

 

Can you deliver a gift for me?

Yes, we can. You can opt to have your invoice shipped with your order, or just emailed to you if you're sending it to a friend as a gift.
